Hello friends! I hope you all had a wonderful July 4th! This year was a busy one, for sure! On Thursday, my cousins from South Carolina (shout out to Kaitlin and Tara, the same cousins from
this post ;)) came in town, and we spent pretty much the entire weekend with them. On Friday, they came over to my grandparents, and we spent *a lot* of time on the golfcarts, plus we fulfilled the new tradition of the trailer ride to the Farmer's Market, this time with my uncle driving the tractor, and my cousins' dad driving behind us for safety. Friday night, we had a bonfire in my grandparents' field, and Tara and I went to pick up pizzas from Pizza Hut (where is your favorite place to get pizza? My entire family agrees Pizza Hut is the best), and then we made s'mores. We also had sparklers, which we were able to get some cool pictures with! My uncle, who had also came in town from SC, had to leave Saturday morning, so we drove over to my grandparents to see him one more time before he left. Once he left, we spent the rest of the day with my cousins. That night, my Nana and Mama fixed a wonderful meal of steaks, baked potatoes, summer vegetables, and air-fried onion rings. For dessert we had one of my favorites: peaches n' cream. Late that night, we came home, where fireworks were being set off about 4 places around us. All firework shows in NC were canceled this year, and so many of our neighbors were setting off fireworks. From a certain spot in out front yard, we could see one set extremely well. Yesterday (Sunday), we went to church that morning, and then headed back over to my great-grandmother's house to hang out with my cousins until they left around lunchtime. The rest of the day was spent playing video games, and then that night I went to pick up fast food for supper. It was a fun-filled weekend! Tomorrow, my sister and I will be going with my Grandma to Jellystone National Park in VA for four days with my cousins. I feel incredibly blessed to live in a free country where men and women protect us and keep us safe. My prayer is that God continues to bless us with His presence in our country, and that more people in America will find the truth of Jesus! Thank you all for supporting me for almost two months now!

How fun! My family does not all agree on the best pizza place, though we all agree Little Caesars (the chees is gross, the sauce tastes like ketchup, the crust tastes like cardboard, and it's usually cold) is the WORST, and most of us don't care for Pizza Hut as the pizza is really greasy. I like Dominoes the best and my second favorite is Papa John's. :D :P

Yes, I agree that Little Caesars is definitely the worst! Although, I have never gotten their pizza cold before (eww) kinda goes against their saying, "hot n' ready!" Dominoes was my favorite for a very long time! We don't get Papa John's very often, but I like it! Thanks for commenting, Hannah

Papa John's is the BEST. Okay, so I haven't really tried much pizza besides local restaurants and Casey's gas station and Little Caesars (both are horrible!). Frozen, box pizza is good to me, though.
ReplyDeletePapa John's is good, but Pizza But is better😜 I think it's pretty much unanimous that Little Caesars is the worst pizza, lol😂

It was very fun to ride around on the Golf cart! I enjoyed being part of the party.
